    Started with One Dispensary. Now Serving All of Pakistan.

    In 1998, Al-Mustafa Trust began with a single small dispensary in Rawalpindi. Today, we are the largest private-sector provider of basic health facilities in Pakistan, covering all provinces, rural areas, and Azad Kashmir.

    We provided free consultancy and medicines to over 1.75 million patients in 2025 — and have served more than 13 million people since inception.
